By registering, accessing, browsing, or transacting on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental trade terms applicable to wholesale bulk procurement.

2. B2B Commercial Nature of Platform

Sab Kuch Wholesaler operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale trade and discovery marketplace. The platform is intended exclusively for:

• Authorized wholesale stockists, factories, and manufacturers (“Sellers”).
• Retail shopkeepers, reselling merchants, commercial establishments, and registered corporate businesses (“Buyers”).
• Non-Consumer Transactions: Transactions completed on this portal are for commercial resale, business inventory procurement, or industrial consumption and are not intended for ordinary retail consumer purchases.

3. Account Registration & Strict KYC Verification

To access bulk rates and place wholesale consignment orders, users must register an authorized business profile:

• Authenticity of Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date business credentials, including legal business name, trade shop address, mobile number, and registered email.
• Seller KYC Mandate: All wholesale suppliers must submit verified GSTIN, PAN, shop establishment licenses, and bank account proofs. Accounts failing verification will be restricted or suspended.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any order or inquiry initiated from your authorized profile shall be deemed authorized by your enterprise.

4. Wholesale Pricing, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Billing

• Tiered Wholesale Pricing: Listed product rates are negotiated factory and mandi wholesale rates subject to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) thresholds.
• Price Adjustments: Wholesale commodity and raw material prices may fluctuate based on market dynamics. The price confirmed during order booking or quotation shall govern the transaction.
• GST Compliance: All wholesale invoices issued through the platform contain compliant GSTIN, HSN codes, and breakups of CGST/SGST/IGST to enable buyers to claim 100% Input Tax Credit (ITC).

5. Payment Terms & Settlements

Payments for bulk orders may be processed via approved payment rails, including Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Trade Credit Lines, or Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to verification.

• Platform escrow or direct manufacturer routing ensures merchant funds are settled upon shipment dispatch or verified transit handoff.
• Chargebacks or unauthorized reversals will result in permanent suspension of commercial purchasing privileges and appropriate recovery actions.

6. Shipping, Mandi Logistics & Transit Risk

Consignments sourced through our Sadar Bazar wholesale corridor and regional manufacturing hubs are packed in industrial bulk cartons:

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery windows depend on geographic distance, order volume, and freight carrier routing.
• Inspection at Unloading: The buyer must inspect the outer packaging and carton seal upon delivery. In the event of transit damage or missing cartons, the delivery manifest must be noted immediately with the logistics carrier.

7. Returns, Replacements & Claims

Due to the commercial nature of wholesale tiered pricing:

• Returns are permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects, counterfeit goods, or shipment of incorrect items differing from approved samples.
• Damage or discrepancy claims must be reported to our Wholesale Support Desk within 48 hours of consignment receipt with unboxing media proof.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

All trademarks, logos, system architecture, database designs, source codes, and digital content engineered by Digital Bee (Vivek Thakur) and owned by Sab Kuch Wholesaler Pvt Ltd are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Sab Kuch Wholesaler Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential business losses, loss of anticipated retail profits, or transit delays caused by force majeure events, severe weather, or freight strikes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
